Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

Standard Shipping (United States Only)

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: $15.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ((GMT-05:00)) on business days will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

xalora currently ships to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xalora@modivyn.store. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
